- A new certificate is on order with a land surveyor and

- The lake Access to Petit Lac Brompton: The access is a
notarized right of way to get to the lake. It does not
allow the installation of a dock or boat, neither the
storage of one.
Non-exhaustive list of improvements made since the
acquisition by the seller:
- Drainage all around the property, certificate of
conformity on file;
- 2nd artesian well dug in 2000 for gardening and the spa;
- Replacement of the artesian well pump in 2021;
- Replacement of the patio with composite boards (no
maintenance) and extension of the roof above the patio;
- Installation of a new stove certified EPA in 2007 and
finishing of the brick fireplace mantel;
- Replacement of the steps on the right side of the house.

- The municipality of St-Denis-de-Brompton plans in the
next few years to connect the property to municipal
services. Verifications are in progress with the
Municipality.
